Squats are one of the most challenging exercises, requiring good mobility, excellent muscle elasticity, and stability, as well as excellent resistance to neurological stress. That's why it's convenient to have them performed by an automata; it doesn't get injured, can lift up to 10 times its body weight, never gets tired, and never drops the barbell.
