~~This was the Commercial Bonus File for My Patreon/MMF Tribes Oct 2024~~ The Files included are:regular/6mm eye sockets STL and in 3MF MulticolorLayer Change eyes - Big round Pupil Eyes STL The Inkycap Turtle is based off of a mushroom called the Shaggy Mane, though it also go by plenty of other names as well. This is a pretty interest mushroom as it starts out white and dry with a feathery texture, and then to release its spores it turns to black goo. This is around the time I'd be harvesting them where I used to live - you needed to collect them when fully white. I enjoyed drying them and using them as a pizza topping! Print Settings: Print in Place No Supports needed 2-3 walls 5-10% infill If you have adhesion issues, try a brim, glue stick or Aquanet hairspray Big one in photos is scaled to as large as I could fit on an A1mini. Then primed, painted with acrylic, and top coated. Do to the nature of this file CU, I've included the same eyes as the previous below. Layer Printable eyes: Big Round Pupil Eyes They aren't as cool looking as glass eyes, but in a pinch, or needing a bulk amount these eyes will be available and quick to print! Because these are 6mm in size, they should fit on any model that has eye sockets. This means that you can also scale both the model and the eyes to different sizes. I have had success at 80% eyes (a little tight but they work!) and 220% size like the S'mores Turtle in the above pictures. The only thing to keep in mind is that if you scale massively higher the eye slot in the model might be more visible. Scaling the eyes too small may cause the areas to layer change to merge. Print Settings: Print in Place No Supports needed 2-3 walls 5-10% infill If you have adhesion issues, try a brim, glue stick or Aquanet hairspray For 6mm eye (100% size) printing - layer change/ pause at: 0-1mm black 1-1.4mm Iris color 1.4mm - finish white Filaments Used: Esun white, Aceaddity Black, and Ziro matte rosy cloud.
