A highly detailed model of the US LOSAT tank destroyer. LOSAT stands for Line OF Sight Anti Tank. Thisweapon system is mounted on the CCVL platform, very well suited to hit and run tactics and is very air mobile. The LOSAT system uses missile to engage targets, missile which relies on it's kinetic enegry to blast through armor. The unique feature is that the penetration power increases as the range increases and the missile builds up speed, then it maxes out, before the booster fames out and the speed decreases due to air friction. A high velocity missile for anti tank warfare, something ou don't see every day. We made the internal missile tubes to be detacheable, simulating individual reload is possible.
