Interactive Eye Movement – Setup TipsWe’ve included a special rotating eye mechanism in this design. After printing, gently loosen the eyeballs by applying slight pressure and moving them around — once freed, they’ll rotate smoothly. Make sure to use dry, moisture-free filament, as stringing from damp filament can block movement and affect print quality. If the eye joint feels too tight, scale the part down by 1–2%. If it feels too loose, scale it up slightly for a better fit. Recommended Downscale:Minimum recommended downscale is 40% of the original size. Print Tips You Should Know: Fully print-in-place — no supports needed Easy to pose with gentle wobble-friendly movement For smaller prints, use a brim or raft — the base contact is limited Avoid brittle filament — we recommend slightly flexible PLA or a tough PLA blend for durability Want looser joints overall? Slightly increasing the scale by 1–2% can help Bonus Tip:You can print the Flexi Snail in two distinct color variations as shown in the preview images.There are no specific changes in the .3mf file for this — both versions were printed using the same model.
