2nd update: I put a photo of the extruder motor heat sinks as well I had to grind them down to 7.5 mm tall to not collide with the back. 1st update: Pic of Y axis motor. Just as easy and similar to extruder motors. Here is a heat sink I tried for my X axis motor. The problem for having a heat sink there is the limited space for a connection. Although not ideal, It does leak of a bit of heat and thus not baking that motor too much during extremely long prints. I used the heatsinks on the extruers as giudes for the drilling the holes and cut a wedge out of one corner so I do not scrape my hand on a sharp corner while removing prints. All coments and sugestions welcome I do not know if anyone has done this before so I invite everyone to try it and let me know of your improvements. The STL file and IGES file is simply a game plan. I drilled and machined the 40mm X 40mm heatsink out of one I purchased on ebay. Dont forget the heat sink compound. Enjoy
