As it says on the tin.. a 65mm to 75mm spacer for 65mm diameter tripod heads to 75mm tripod legs. There are few 65mm bowl heads, eg Libec TH-650DV head. several print versions are included, v1 allows for the most levelling movement (v1b is the same, but less spacer around the top of the tripod). v2 allows the head to sit 5mm lower on the tripod, but with more restricted levelling ability. You might find the 65mm head's locking screw and nut are too short for some 75mm tripods and you may have to invert the washer on the underside if the shortest version of the spacer (v2) is still too long, OR use the included replacement washer (wider and thinnner, 42mm dia x 10mm), OR use a bolt extension (as of 2017-8, ebay seller 'customturnings' in the UK is selling steel M8x1mm (fine thread) bolt extensions which are suitable for the TH-650 head (a print for a test part is included). (Successful pairings: the TH-650 head and Vinten 75mm legs via only the v2 spacer).
