About this 3D model

This object was entered in the MakeShaper Design Challenge (see all entries here).This is a lock that has a curved channel. By printing a flexible key, it can slide through the lock and unlock it. This is a very good way to make sure that this lock cannot be picked, more refined versions to come. This was made for the FLEXIBLE challenge and I started 3 days before the end of the challenge, please excuse the very primative CADing. Also, you will need 3 springs that go into the HULL first, then the driver pins, then the keypin in the plug(look at the diagram for help). I got these from three similar pens and it seens to be working fine, though unfortunatley i do not currently have a camera to take pics, to they will be coming soon.
