About this 3D model

The inner diameter of the ring is 19 millimeters but, you can scale it to fit your size. What I came up with is to print the ring and then spray paint it for the outside color you would like. Then sand the ring to bring out the original color of filament. It is really fast and easily to do. I printed mine in black and spray painted on silver and the other gold.
