Hello I created a print in place door hinge for the Bambulab P1P ( YouTube ). Right now I'm still testing those panels, so it's far from perfect at this stage. But it keeps the raw and industrial vibe the P1P offers, for a cleaner look one just could use some frosted or colored glass panels. I went for the acrylic glass because of its relatively easy drilling properties. For the side panels I've used some 2 mm acrylic glass, I ordered those pre-cut from kunststoffplatten.at / de . The total cost of this very cheap enclosure is about €35 for those pre-cut glass panels and a little bit of PETG filament for the 2 hinges. The hinges are one model to print like they are, they will move freely after a few careful manual turns. Parts used in this project: Laser cut acrylic glass panels (3-5 € each), drilled the holes by myself with a very slow electric drill with some wood drill bits M3 screws and nuts (I have this set from Amazon) 2x the printable hinges for the door (44 minutes printing time) 2 little magnets for holding the door in the closed position, the fit perfectly in the two notches on the right side of the frame Print settings (Bambu Studio file available in downloads tab): PETG because it has some strength and heat-resistant abilities (and I couldn't print ABS until now;) Standard 16 mm Optimal profile from Bambu Studio variable layer height for extra sharpness no supports needed, brim also not needed but optional Acrylic glass dimensions: Front and top panel: 33x37cm Left and right panel: 32x42cm Back panel: 33x13cm Have fun printing :D The links are from the Amazon Affiliate program.
