About this 3D model

Working on such designs takes a lot of time and if you like my work and want to support me - please print my “Designer” printprofiles! It will help me to design more! Thank you in advance!? UPDATE 06.03.2025: The newer X1C/P1S have minimally smaller filter niches (very tight tolerances) - I have now adjusted the size in all print profiles . Now fits this version the old AND newer X1C/P1S perfectly! ?? It was time to replace my activated carbon filter again and I didn't feel like ordering and waiting again... I found a really nice model/remix for refillable charcoal /activated carbon filter for BambuLab printers at printables (Thanks to Skywarrant! :-) That suited me almost perfectly… But I had to change a few things so that I'm completely satisfied with it! :-) And I wanted to share the remixed version with you! Here in video, I show how to change the filter material (activated carbon and HEPA !) with the help of this cool box! https://www.instagram.com/p/CyY9BXIr_8r/ My changes: The lid has got 2 slits to be able to open it more comfortably - take a look at the pictures! The tab on the lid is now more solid, so it can't break now scaled down to 98% for better, easy fit. main box got carbon logo and lettering ;-) extra variant of main box stl with tabs for better adhesion (take this for ABS/ASA! ;-), just cut off these small tabs with the cutter after printing. Print Instructions: Quality: layer height: 0.2mm Strength: only one wall on top surfaces: off only one wall on first layer: off wall loops: 5 ( only for “Activated_Carbon_Filter_Bottom_with_Tabs.stl”: 9 Walls! ) top shell layers: 0 bottom shell layers: 0 sparce infill density: 30% - 50% (im prefer 50% - see on pictures) sparce infill pattern: Triangles Infill/wall overlap: 20% Infill combination: off Speed: first layer: 10-20mm/s first layer infill: 10-20mm/s Filament: take better ASA/ABS or at least PETG - for better temperature resistance!
