About this 3D model

My brother wanted a powered mover for his Mevo+ golf simulator sensor so it can quickly switch back and forth from positions for a Lefty to a Rightly in his simulator room. So I made this up. I used it as an excuse to practice my assemblies in Onshape. I did get dimensions for the leveling carrier by using a model by @peter_297249 , thanks for the hard work on that model peter. There are non-3d printed parts you will need: 3 x Openbuilds V-wheels or similar (Two With Eccentric Nuts) 2040 Openbuilds Vslot Extrusion or similar of desired Length with 2x+ as much GT2 x 6mm belt (I used 1500mm extrusion and bought 5m belt). I also used V-slot cover for the wire routing. 1 x Nema17 Stepper Motor 1 x ZK-SMC02 Stepper Motor Controller (run it in mode F-01 →P03) 1 x DC Female Barrel Jack w/ Pigtails Misc Wires and Crimp Ferruls 2 x 30tooth GT2 Pulley with 5mm bore Misc M5 hardware , cut length of 5mm shaft for idler, and nuts / t-nuts 3 x Springs with 5mm+ ID for 3point leveling (or just use washers/spacers in their place). 1 x 1/4-20 x ¾" SCS for the thumbscrew to hold it onto the bottom tripod mount 2 x Momentary N.O. limit switches with a lever arm 2 x Momentary N.O. foot pedal switches 1 x 18mm OD Bullseye Level Notes: The version of the ZK-SMC02 I got from Amazon had no headers inside for the CW, CCW, and STOP buttons. So I had to solder a dupont header on inside the controller to the PCB so I could connect the switches remotely. I connected the end-stops between GND and STOP pins, and Footpedal-1 between GND and CW, and Footpedal-2 between GND and CCW. For the Footpedals I ran one switches wire into the next switch and then used the N.C. wire from switch1 to carry the signal from switch2 back to the controler so that way only one wire had to go back. But I did put enough holes in the box that both pedals wires could go back independently if needed. I added the best manual I could find for the ZK-SMC02, it shows the different modes of operation. I setup this unit in 16x microstepping (dip switches 1-on / 2-off / 3-off), and F-09 = 320. Other settings I changed: F11 = 1 to stop immediately if endstopped, F12 = 005 for lower acceleration than default. I also set the stepper current really low with the current potentiometer since there isn't much torque required, and the heatsink can get hot if you run the motor in continuous motion. Update: I created an alternate taller version of the foot because someone wanted one with more height due to the thickness of their turf mat. I should think this could be modified into a general stepper controlled mover to act as a camera slider or similar pretty easily. Have fun.
