replacement part for Lilgadgets slides into the earcup assembly and hinges with the head band. No supports. 100% infill. It needs all the strength it can get the design of the headphones is not super tough and the part can only be so thick. I used PLA and it held up fairly well. Had to print another replacement after a few months. Take it off the bed hot and give it a slight bend to match the curve of the headphones.
