I made this bundle of brackets so you can print your own when needed. Both L-shaped brackets and corner braces, inside and outside versions. All brackets are 3mm thick, with a 6mm thick version for extra strength when that is needed. The screw holes are all 5mm diameter, with 2mm countersink. L-brackets: 20x20 mm with countersink screw holes 20x40 mm with countersink screw holes 40x40 mm with countersink screw holes 20x20 mm with one countersink screw hole and one adjustable hole 20x40 mm with one countersink screw hole and one adjustable hole 20x40 mm with two countersink screw holes and one adjustable hole 40x40 mm with two countersink screw hole and one adjustable hole Corner-braces: 30x30 mm outside corner brace for 2-sided corner 30x30 mm outside corner brace for 3-sided corner 40x40 mm outside corner brace for 2-sided corner 40x40 mm outside corner brace for 3-sided corner 30x30 mm inside corner brace for 2-sided corner 30x30 mm inside corner brace for 3-sided corner 40x40 mm inside corner brace for 2-sided corner 40x40 mm inside corner brace for 3-sided corner The difference between inside and outside corner braces is seen in the chamfers on the screw holes, and a small fillet on the corner side of the bracket itself. 3d printed parts need a fillet in 90-degree corners for strength. Print with lots of walls for maximum strength. I suggest you test-print a bracket before you put them to use, to see if they are strong enough for the intended job. They require very little filament. The 3mm L-brackets are nice and strong, the 6mm L-brackets are properly beefy! 0.2 mm layer height lots of walls
