This design addresses two issues: Regardless of whether it's based on the original author's design or other remix versions, the design often leads to excessive feeding resistance due to angles and other factors. I use Bambu PLA Matte black filament and frequently encounter issues with feeding getting stuck. The original design only had a pneumatic head on the top cover. If feeding gets stuck and the bottom cover doesn't have a fixed feed channel, it will cause continuous material extrusion from the bottom, eventually accumulating inside the dryer. Whether it's a single-way pneumatic head or a two-way pneumatic head, there will always be a gap between the two sections of PTFE tubing, preventing smooth filament replacement. I decided to abandon the pneumatic connector altogether and directly use a single tube from the AMS lite to the printer's feed port, minimizing feeding resistance. Moreover, the hole diameter in this model where the tube goes through is only slightly larger than Bambu's original PTFE tubing, so the impact on humidity is minimal and can be disregarded. After using it, the dryer can still reduce humidity to 27%. Assembly: Only 4 M3*12 screws are needed. You can use M3 nuts on the bottom as needed.
