So, to avoid issues, we leave you to support your models in the way you prefer. After all, you know your setup and what works, we don't. For clarity, we use Formlabs and Elegoo resin printers, and they are often need different supports for the same model and if we use different resins and layer heights, we find we need different support layouts too. We tend to print on the build plate with the Form, but rafted with the Elegoos. Our build plate sizes also dictate the angles or any models and thus the supports. Our own experiences and customer feedback have led us to the choice not to offer supported files.
