I designed this simple adapter for using the Märklin rerailer 8974 with Rokuhan z gauge tracks. While using the Märklin 8974 rerailer with Rokuhan tracks, the problem are the short feet of the rerailer, so it does not stand steady above the tracks. You can either use the original Rokuhan rerailer 7297402 or print this little adapter to use your Märklin one. For assembly you need two steps: Put the adapter with the middle wide hook on the Märklin rerailer from below. You will need to force it a little bit as the two little clips on top of the adapter will collide with the rerailer. As the hook is engaged you put the adapter up so the two little clips will clip onto the rerailer. Done. Now you have attached the adapter and can use the rerailer on Rokuhan tracks or on ballasted tracks on your layout. And the best, if you are not happy with the adapter or want the old height back, just push the two little clips back and the adapter falls off the rerailer. No traces of the adapter afterwards.
