Standard tray footprint is 200mm x 70mm with a usable volume of 200mm x 60mm x 20mm. Mini tray is the same except for a 160mm length and closer screw holes to fit within Prusa mini and Bambu A1 mini build envelope. Screw mount version uses (4) #8 flat-head screws per tray. No supports required. Double sided tape version has tracks for ΒΌ" 3M VHB strips. Supports required on build plate only Print settings should be pretty forgiving as long as you use a decent wall thickness. I used a 0.6 nozzle, 0.2 layer height, 2 perimeters, and 25% cubic infill with ASA. If you're using PLA, you may need to shrink the clips slightly along the long axis to get a tight snap fit on the posts.
