A fully functional 1:14 scale Twin Roller inspired by the BOMAG BW125ADH. The perfect addition to any construction site! All effort have been made to make this as detailed as possible yet printable on FDM machines. The main goal behind this project was to make a simple and inexpensive beginner friendly machine for newcomers into the hobby while still being very functional. Rated a 2/5 in build difficulty with no fabrication needed. Specs: Front and rear rollers are both driven using 1 drive motor in each drum. Twin vibration motors, 1 in each drum for maximum ground compaction. 3 Bearings per drum for smooth operation and minimal stress on drive motors. Option to use steel outer drums for more weight and more realism. Steering uses "full sized" 23KG low profile servo . Remotely activated front and rear lights Remotely activated light beacon. Designed to run on 2S batteries. Budget and beginner friendly. Front and rear Light covers ready for multicolour printing. Designed to be able to be printed on a 220x220 mm print bed.
