Summary These are two connectors that screw together. Elastic cord replaces your shoe laces and the ends go through these connectors. Once through you tie a knot in the end so they don't come back out. This changes your shoes to be slip-ons and you don't have to tie and retie laces anymore. These are 25mm long and about 14mm wide. The hole for the elastic cord is 4mm. Added a thinner version which is 10.7 mm wide. The example photo with the elastic cord attached is the thinner one.
