The arch is low enough that minis don't slide off! This bridge is sized to fit about a 4-square long, 1-square wide section of a standard game mat, with a little extra wiggle room for minis. Lots of details in the planking, from grain to damage to worn spots from feet or wagon wheels - and don't forget to paint the nail heads for an added pop.
