About this 3D model

There is not much place in this motherboard's VRM radiator zone, but seems like those 30mm coolers are too weak to cool it. With my CPU cooler this adapter fits well, even leaves a few milimeters gap. 40mm coolers are much easier and cheaper to get, and blow much more air directly to the hot spot with this adapter. In my case I got 19C degrees temperature off in my 120W CPU stress tests.
