I hung my Mini Split air handler from the trusses in my attic, but did not like the way the unit swung about. I designed this clamp to stabilize the vertical 3/8" all thread rods that the air handler hung from. These clamps are offset to hold the all thread rod away from the studwork, so that it it still has some give but much less swaying about. A single wood screw holds this clamp to the studwork. Edit 2/26/25: Added material around the screw hole for extra strength.
