This is for the width of the bars (not the size of the notch) ##[Update V3.1] **Even more simple to print !** With square bases, the bars are impossible to miss ! ##V3.0 Even more simple than my **Simple Filament Spool Stand V2** (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:281848). ##Just print and clip ! **No additional parts needed**, you just print 2 sides + 1 bar, you clip them and you're done !! **No bearings**, **No screws**, **No washers** !! Just print and clip ! This version works with **Standard Spools of 1Kg of 1.75mm** filament and Printrbot spools. [update:]The stand is 10 cm tall. So it's very easy to scale up (110% will give you 11cm tall, 120% > 12cm and so on). **[update 04/25/14:] Following people's requests, i added 2 new length bars : 130 mm long an 150 mm long**: - spool_stand_v3_bar_130mm.stl - spool_stand_v3_bar_150mm.stl **If you have bigger spools: just scale the models !**
