About this 3D model

This fits the sheet metal mailbox, the one that 70%? of people in the USA seem to have. This is only the part the goes on top, it does NOT include the part that goes on the door. Ours went missing a few years ago, and I looked at some others but did not find the correct one so wrote this one. As best I recall, this is all my own code, but if my memory has failed me then please let me know and I will add a remix note. UV light finally destroyed the first one I printed, which worked but was a little off. So I made some changes and made a new one. The new one is better, but still needed some tweaks. This file has those tweaks, and should be very nice, but I have not printed it yet. I print it solid with support. UV light from the sun will destroy it in a few years, but it might last longer if it is not hollow. It could also be painted ... I'm too lazy.
