About this 3D model

A side cover for the 5pc / 10pc Build Plate Rack from toolmantim313 (check out his work) inspired by Build Plate Rack Side Panel from jkdsheehan . This plate is a bit thicker, so it doesn't sag especially if you use the rack lying. I made 3 Versions, so you can choose the orientation of the logo or print it without. For a nice finish, influenced by your build plate, it's printed face down. Version for a lying build plate rack Version for a standing build plate rack Version without logo Printing All needed settings are included in the provided print files. No brim is needed, if you're using the cold plate, clean it with IPA or mild soap and lukewarm wate, let it dry and put some gluestick on it. Cleaning the build plate before printing such a big print is always recommended. Important: Remove the flow calibration line before the print starts, or they will end in the final piece! Installation To screw it in place, use regular M3x10-12mm. I didn't try the original stand if it fits or not. Material used I used Sunlu PLA+ black and eSun ePLA-Silk Magic blue/green . The effect is achieved by printing it on a PEO sheet from IdeaFormer .
