Summary Remixed Eryone ER-20 Dragnonfly BMS hotend mount I remixed the original as featured in Eryone's youtube video https://youtu.be/CiLGmBo8F30 to enclose the top, add nut inserts for more secure fastening of the hot end and the ABL sensor and some wire management channels. Make sure you add a ziptie to the hotend side of the cable loom on the inside of the mount to provide strain relief and keep it all tidy looking. Also inset ptfe tube into the hotend and install the ptfe clip before bolting the hot end down. When bolting the hot end, you will notice two of the honeycomb vent holes line up directly with the bolts. The larger hole fits the ABL sensor cable (see pic) Print Settings Printer: Eryone ER-20 Rafts: No Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: 0.20 Infill: 25% Filament: Eryone PETG Orange Notes: Use tree supports except block supports from nut inserts as they don't require supports and printing them makes it hard to clean up after. Post-Printing If you are picky about looks, you can wetsand some of the surfaces (I did the top).
