Hey Guys, So since i wanted to lern a bit more cad I started this Projekt and i think it can also be useful for you. This tool will help you to melt the Threaded Inserts straight into place while holding the soldering Iron for you. If you have any problems or suggestions please feel free to comment. Parts list: 8x M4 Threaded insert (7mm hight max.) 2x M5 Threaded insert (7mm hight max.) 2x M4 30mm screw 6x M4 10mm screw 4x M4 20mm screw 8x M5 30mm screw 4x T Lock Nuts (for V-Slot) 1x 2040 V-Slot Profile 1x 19mm Socket (Or anything you want to use as counter weight) 2x 2GT Pulley for 6mm Belt with a 5mm centered Hole 1x about 50 cm of 2GT Belt (5mm wide) 8x V-Slot POM Wheels 8x Exentered Nuts 1x about 300 gramms of Filament (i printed it in PLA)
