About I love my Vision enclosure, however one point for me was that top was not really appealing and I found out that I am not satisfied with LED light which is used on Bambu. So I designed slim LED riser that improves esthetics of Vision enclosure and adds ability to add LED light bar around all 4 sides. Whom it is for? Anyone with vision enclosure or anyone who wants P1P with LED riser + there is quite big area face plate which you can modify if you wish! Vision Enclosure Features P1P Vision upgrade - fully compatible Seal indent LED guide Locating features Face plant which can be customized - provided STEP file Mounted firmly with bolts microSD card accessible Before and after? see for yourself… before after What will you need? PETG (you can go for ABS, ASA, PA, your call even PLA might work…) - 210g 4x M3x12mm bolts (you should have spared from you Vision build, but you can get some from here ) 4x M3 nuts 4x washer (optional but recommended) LED strip (optional but recommended; you might need to solder) - link Foam strip (optional but recommended) - 10x1mm link Glue - I used 2 part epoxy Printing As usual I like to make easy to print designs without supports, but due to constrains I was not able to come up with design without supports so I decided to split the part and glue it after. For this reason I also modeled locating pins and jigs to help with assembly. Print is therefore easy and you should follow these rules: Use smooth PEI / High Temp plate - or anything to get nice smooth surface, I did not try with textured Clean your bed before print, I had 0 warping issues with PETG Let the print cool down so you do not damage parts or the plate Properly tune you material, no over-extrusion or pressure advance. Tolerances are quite tight for nice fit. Assembly Guide is attached as a file.
