I designed this back along to help you glue Schumacher tyres to the rim. I tried to make the design as simple and re-useable as possible. Just print the two halfs and the clasp, may need a brim depending on your bed adhesion. The two halves slot together and then onto the tyre, finally using the clasp to hold it all together. Glue the tyre to the rim and once set, remove. You may need to jiggle it around in the jig slightly to get all surfaces to meet but should be ok.
